Description
Vinha Paz Rosé 2024 is an outstanding rosé from Portugal's prestigious Dão demarcated region. Created by producer António Canto Moniz with winemakers João Gouveia, Miguel Oliveira and Carlos Silva, it reflects the identity and freshness of the granite terroir of Silgueiros (Viseu).
Integrated production. The grapes are settled without pumping over and fermented at controlled temperature with fine lees only. Very intense, a lovely ruby colour with some violet touches when swirled. Light on the palate, with less fruit than on the nose.
