Xavier and Jerome Garnier are two brothers united by their passion for growing vines and producing wine. Together they form a team that has managed to go beyond the boundaries of the appellation while at the same time respecting local identity and tradition.

This is the essence of Domaine Garnier. Located in Ligny-Le Châtel, on the northern edge of the Chablis region, they benefit from this cooler climate and soil rich in limestone and even sand. The domaine also has vineyards in other local villages, such as Lignorelles, a steep hill renowned for producing the best quality Petit Chablis, and of course in the prestigious Premier and Grand Cru vineyards.

With a philosophy of maximum respect for the environment and traditional winemaking, the Garnier brothers produce wines full of character.

Intense aroma of white flowers, nectarine, lime and honey. Intense on the palate, with a touch of wood and unctuousness outlined by a lively acidity and mineral texture.
