After carrying out seven harvests as a winemaker at Real Companhia Velha, Jorge Moreira felt the need to start an individual project where he could apply his ideas and where he could control the entire production process. Without concessions, a wine that reflected his interpretation of the Douro. In 2001, the Poeira project began, located in Provesende, along a slope in the Pinhão valley, on the right bank of the river with the same name.

Old vineyard with several mixed grape varieties and Touriga Nacional. The elegance and fruity and floral subtlety of Touriga mixes here with earthy notes, heather, aromatic herbs, blueberries, with brilliant complexity and finesse. The tannins are perfect, extremely polished, and the acidic freshness permeates the wine from end to end, leaving a trace of precision, elegance and class.
