The G.D. Vajra 2020 Barolo Ravera shows notes of wild berries, cherry, liquorice root and sweet summer fruit. The effect is precise and well defined, thanks to vibrant acidity and crisp fruit flavours. In the village of Novello, Ravera benefits from open views and cooler temperatures coming down from the mountains. These factors make this "cru" one of the most promising in this era of climate change. This is a Barolo for purists.
