Description
With notes of blackberry, cherry and mineral freshness, this wine shows irresistible complexity. On the palate its silky structure and enveloping tannins combine perfectly with fresh fruit, giving a harmonious balance of acidity and alcohol. Carefully made, with partial destemming and spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel vats at a controlled 18ºC, every sip is a unique sensory experience.
Intense colour, with a highly complex nose dominated by wild berries (blackberries, raspberries and blueberries) and notes of spice and tobacco. Refined tannins and balanced acidity give a long, elegant finish.
