Thibault Liger-Belair Gevrey-Chambertin Village "En Créot" 2022 is a premium red from the prestigious Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, France. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it comes from a specific parcel of old vines (planted around 1956) on clay-limestone soil that gives it singular freshness and purity.
Nose: A vibrant aromatic profile with delicious notes of red fruit such as cherry and sour cherry.
Palate: A fine texture and good depth, with a fresh, lively touch from the active limestone in the soil. Purity of fruit is a striking feature.
Drinking: It can be enjoyed young for its lively fruit, but also has good ageing potential.
