Description
Marquesa de Cadaval Tinto 2016 is a wine that combines tradition and elegance, from a harmonious blend of Touriga Nacional (50%), Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet from old vines. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for a year in new barrels, it has a captivating aromatic profile, with minty notes, nuances of eucalyptus and fresh florals that give it distinction and finesse.
On the palate it's balanced and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and discreet oak that never overpowers the wine's fruity, spicy character. The texture is silky and the whole is attractive, with depth and elegance, showing a remarkable sense of restraint and sophistication. A red that authentically expresses the terroir and know-how of Marquesa de Cadaval.
