With a very limited production and after achieving 95 Paker points in its last two harvests, the Castro Candaz A Boca do Demo red parcel is introduced to the list of cult wines by the prolific producer Raul Pérez. It is a Mencía with intriguing aromas of red and white fruit, white flowers and a characteristic mineral acidity, on a pleasant palate with very balanced tannins.
