Created by Manuel and Luís Cerdeira, this 100% Alvarinho comes from the mountain slopes, reflecting the purity of the terroir and the family legacy rooted in Melgaço. Its careful vinification, which combines slow fermentation in stainless steel, partial malolactic and a subtle aging in Mixtus barrels, gives it a distinct personality. It presents a medium yellow color, a deep and complex aroma and a fresh and persistent flavor, revealing a balanced and elegant profile.
