Description
Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is one of Napa Valley's most prestigious and sought-after whites. Made from certified organic and biodynamic grapes, this vintage stands out for its unusual structure, phenolic texture and exotic, complex aromatics.
The Wine AdvocateRP 93
Joe Czerwinski: The 2023 Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc shows pure notes of yellow citrus, apple and subtle herbal nuances on the nose. On the palate it's medium-bodied with generous volume, showing fruity tones of grapefruit, gooseberry and ripe nectarine. A balanced wine with a slightly creamy texture and a long, juicy, deeply refreshing finish.
James Suckling: A truly exotic Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas of green melon, stones, peaches, green apples, Meyer lemons and lychees. Full-bodied with a phenolic texture, showing notes of oyster shells and a prominent briny character from the lees. One of the most structured whites I've tasted from this estate. Drink or hold.
