Description
Seara D'Ordens Reserva Branco 2024 is an elegant white wine from the prestigious Douro DOC, made by Quinta Seara d'Ordens. Made under the guidance of winemaker Luís Soares Duarte, this blend combines the freshness and complexity of the Douro terroir using traditional grapes, with a strong presence of Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato and Fernão Pires.
Citrus-toned with delicate amber glints, it shows an expressive, enveloping aromatic profile, with ripe tropical fruit to the fore, integrated with subtle vanilla notes and elegant toasty nuances from oak ageing.
PalateOn the palate it's consistent, balanced and distinctly fruity, with very well-integrated natural acidity that gives freshness, liveliness and a persistent finish. Its structure and complexity make it particularly food-friendly, with excellent affinity for more elaborate starters, oven-baked bacalhau and white meat dishes.
A white Reserva with structure and ageing ability, with the potential to grow in complexity and elegance over the next 4 to 5 years in bottle.
