Description

Thibault Liger-Belair Bourgogne Chardonnay "Les Charmes" Branco 2022 is a French white from Burgundy's prestigious region, made entirely from Chardonnay.

The Wizard of Burgundy! Thibault makes wine from various vineyards and regions, always masterfully and leaving his signature.

Les Charmes was the first white produced at the Domaine, in 2011. It's a blend of south-facing plots on pale limestone soils in the eastern Mâconnais at Lugny, where Burgundy's first Chardonnay was born. Fermented in stainless steel, where it spends 14 months to keep its freshness and purity of terroir.

Aromas of ripe and fresh fruit with apple, peach and pineapple. A hint of straw, a mineral note, and on the palate great density, fleshy fruit and a persistent, fresh finish.
