Description
Vallegre Colheita Branco 2023 is a vibrant wine full of personality, the result of a harmonious blend of Viosinho, Arinto, Gouveio and Rabigato. On the nose it charms with an enveloping mineral aroma, with notes of white fruit, fresh leaves and delicate yellow flowers. On the palate it surprises with precision and intensity: sharp acidity is balanced by a full, velvety body, ending long and refreshing with vegetal ‘nuances’ and a peppery touch.
Versatile and elegant, it's an excellent aperitif and goes perfectly with everything from light dishes such as salads and seafood to more substantial options such as risottos, pasta and white meat. Its freshness and complexity also make it a sure choice with Asian cuisine. To fully enjoy it, serve at 8–10ºC; drink now or keep for up to three years.
