Wine profile
Body
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «full».
How heavy and full the wine feels in your mouth — from light like skimmed milk to rich like cream. It comes mainly from alcohol, extract and, in sweet wines, sugar.
Wine profile
Tannin
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «firm».

The freshness that makes your mouth water, like a squeeze of lemon. It gives a wine tension, length and ageing potential, and makes it great with food.
Wine profile
Alcohol
This wine: 5 out of 5 — closer to «high» (15% vol.).

Description
912 de Altitud al Cuadrado 2023 is a premium winemaker's red made by Bodegas Veganzones under the Ribera del Duero Denominación de Origen.
It stands apart from the standard "912 de Altitud" line as a more exclusive wine.
Sensory Analysis
Appearance: Very intense, almost opaque cherry red with garnet glints and dense tears that hint at its structure.
Nose: Complex and deep. Ripe black fruit (blackberries, plums) stands out, interwoven with elegant notes of vanilla, dark chocolate and roasted coffee from ageing in top-quality French oak barrels. Mineral and spicy touches (black pepper) also appear.
Palate: A fleshy, powerful wine, but surprisingly elegant. The tannins are firm but polished (velvety). The acidity is vibrant thanks to the vineyards' altitude, balancing the high alcohol and giving a very long, persistent finish.
