The GD Vajra winery is located in the highest town of Barolo, in Piedmont. Named after its founder in 1972, Giuseppe Domenico Vajra knew how to make the most of his family's vineyards during the Barolo boom. Today, the winery is managed by his son Aldo. A family project with 40 hectares of vineyards that guarantee excellent quality grapes and unparalleled wines.

The effect is precise and well-defined, thanks to vibrant acidity and crisp fruit flavors. Located in the village of Novello, Ravera benefits from open panoramas and cooler temperatures coming from the mountains. These factors make this cru one of the most promising in this era of climate change. This is a Barolo for purists.
