Description
Bepin De Eto Prosecco Superiore Rive di Rua Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut Millesimato is a top-tier Italian sparkling wine from the renowned Veneto region, Italy. The "Rive" designation means the grapes come exclusively from a single specific steep slope (here, Rua di Feletto), ensuring maximum expression of terroir and hand-harvesting because of the gradient.
Appearance
A delicate straw-yellow hue, enriched by subtle greenish glints. The perlage is very fine, continuous and persistent, adding elegance.
Aromatic Profile
On the nose it shows great finesse and balance, combining bakery and yeast notes with fresh white-fruit aromas such as pear and apple, as well as nuances of ripe banana. Citrus hints of lemon and delicate Mediterranean spices also emerge.
Palate
On the palate it's dry and vibrant, with marked freshness and perfectly integrated acidity, giving a harmonious, very pleasant finish that invites the next sip.
Serving and Pairing Suggestions
Ideal temperature: serve between 6 °C and 8 °C.
Recommended glass: a tulip-shaped glass, slightly closed at the top to enhance the aromas.
Pairing: excellent as an aperitif and ideal with seafood, grilled fish, light vegetable risottos and aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
