Description
Can Sumoi Ancestral Montònega is a natural Pet-Nat (pétillant naturel) sparkling wine made by Can Sumoi in the Montmell mountains of Penedès, Catalonia (Spain). It's a biodynamic, minimal-intervention project created by well-known sparkling-wine producer Pepe Raventós.
A new vintage of this organic, natural sparkling wine made from the native Montònega grape. It's made using ancient techniques, but with short fermentation periods, giving a sparkling wine with very present but well-integrated acidity. No oenological products added.
Great fun and very pleasant, easy to drink, though a more complex wine than it seems
