Description
Deep purple colour. A floral nose of violet with red and black fruit, finishing with notes of smoke, cocoa and dried fruit from its ageing in French oak. On the palate it's full and voluminous, with persistent but not aggressive tannins, ending long and elegant with notes of toasted oak, smoke and ripe black fruit to the fore. A wine with excellent structure that can be drunk now but has great ageing potential.
