Description
Garnier & Fils Chablis 2023 is an excellent French white made from 100% Chardonnay in the prestigious Chablis region of Burgundy. It ages in stainless-steel tanks on fine lees, preserving the purity and full typicity of its Kimmeridgian limestone terroir.
Pale yellow with touches of green marks this Chablis, while floral and cut-grass aromas mingle with limestone.
The lands of Maligny, Ligny and Villy play an important part in this wine, with each village adding its own voice. Its pale yellow colour, verging on green, reflects the arrival of Chablis light, while aromas of flowers and cut herbs mingle with the limestone.
"The 2023 Vintage effect": its pale brightness lights up the nose with notes of lime blossom, chamomile and honeysuckle in bloom. Its very tactile attack on the limestone captures the essence of Chablis in an elegant texture. Its finish radiates pleasure. Best discovered over five years.
