Tasting Note
ColourDeeply coloured and almost impenetrable, Guarita de Chocapalha Tinto 2017 shows strong presence and great concentration from the start.
AromaOn the nose it has an intense, enveloping aromatic expression, led by ripe black fruit and elegant hints of chocolate. Despite its depth, it keeps a refined, precise and highly sophisticated profile.
PalateOn the palate it stands out for its volume and structure, with a silky, enveloping texture. The firm but excellent-quality tannins give definition and balance, making for a tasting that's both powerful and elegant.
It finishes extraordinarily long and persistent, leaving a complex, deep expression that confirms all its character and ageing potential.
