Description
Pierre Gimonnet's Champagne Gastronome 2018 is a sublime expression of the Côte des Blancs terroir. This Blanc de Blancs is carefully made from 100% Chardonnay selected from the prestigious Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly and Oger and the renowned Premier Cru villages of Cuis and Vertus. Clear, bright yellow, it releases intense floral and citrus aromas, combining elegance with a gourmet palate. Its fine bubbles give a smooth tasting experience without overwhelming the palate. This vintage Champagne captures the richness and freshness of a non-vintage, standing out for its persistence and refinement.
