Wine profile
Body
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «full».
How heavy and full the wine feels in your mouth — from light like skimmed milk to rich like cream. It comes mainly from alcohol, extract and, in sweet wines, sugar.
Wine profile
Tannin
This wine: 3 out of 5 — right in the middle.
Tannins come from grape skins, seeds and oak. You feel them as a pleasant drying grip on gums and tongue — from silky and velvety to firm and chewy.
Wine profile
Acidity
This wine: 3 out of 5 — right in the middle.
The freshness that makes your mouth water, like a squeeze of lemon. It gives a wine tension, length and ageing potential, and makes it great with food.
Wine profile
Alcohol
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «high» (13.5% vol.).
Alcohol brings warmth and body. Still wines usually sit between about 11% and 15% ABV, while fortified wines such as Port sit around 19–20%.
Wine profile
Sweetness
This wine: 1 out of 5 — closer to «dry».
The residual sugar you can taste. EU label guide for still wines: dry up to ~4 g/L, medium-dry up to ~12 g/L, medium-sweet up to ~45 g/L, sweet above that.

Description
100% Garnacha from a single 4-hectare vineyard at the foot of the Sierra de La Pila, opposite the winery. The vines are a decade old, 100% estate-owned, north-facing on cool clay soil.
ColourBright cherry red, light in depth. An elegant, broad nose with floral and balsamic tones, dominated by fresh red fruit with subtle hints of toffee. On the palate that youthfulness shines again, with fresh red fruit to the fore. Very pleasant, long and with volume, but with a freshness that speeds it across the palate. The finish is sweet and persistent, with very well-integrated tannins.
Our wines reflect our life: everything we've lived since 2000, when we started making them, and everything we've felt since our son arrived in 2023.
Wine is our life. Wine is love, and that's exactly what led us to be born into winemaking in Murcia, to discover and experience the banks of the Douro river, and to the arrival of our son, Tokyo Gomez Rojo.
Three origins that are at the same time three destinations. Three different moments in our lives, in which we felt winemaking differently.
