Description
Quinta do Carqueijal Rosé 2025 is a DOC wine from the emblematic Douro region, made by the prestigious Quinta Seara d'Ordens, with a consistent, young and very balanced profile.
Distinctly fruity, it has an intense yet delicate nose, with wild red berries such as raspberry and strawberry to the fore, wrapped in subtle floral notes. On the palate it's soft and silky, with a very appealing mineral freshness that gives it balance and liveliness. The finish is elegant, long and persistent. About three months in stainless-steel vats, followed by at least two months in bottle, preserve the purity, freshness and authenticity of the fruit.
The ideal choice as an aperitif on hot days or with light meals such as sushi, fish dishes, bacalhau or white meats.
