Billecart Salmon Pinot Noir Extra Brut RVD Nº2

Its history dates back to 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon joined forces to launch their Maison de Champagne. A family story since Louis Salmon, Elisabeth's brother and passionate about oenology, was involved in making the wines. Their champagne is based, above all, on the unique know-how of their men who religiously care for a 100 hectare property and extract their grapes from a total area of ​​300 hectares in 40 Champagne crus. Most of the grapes used come from Epernay, in the lands of the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley.
