Owned by the Laborde family since 1998, the 8.5 hectares of Château Clinet, ideally situated on the Pomerol plateau, produce a very pleasant, classic wine from its appellation, charming and always spicy, which promotes freshness. Thanks to the clayey and gravelly soils, the wines are powerful and fine. A must-try!

Vision: The Château Clinet 2021 presents a deep ruby/plum hue, reflecting the concentration and maturity of the grapes. In the glass, it displays a beautiful chromatic intensity, with brilliant reflections that highlight its youth and structure.

Nose: The bouquet is expressive and sophisticated, featuring intense notes of ripe black cherries and blackberries, accompanied by a touch of leafy tobacco and spring flowers. The aromatic complexity is enriched by classic earthy nuances, graphite and a light touch of chocolate, which adds depth and elegance.

Palate: On the palate, the wine is balanced and structured, with silky tannins and vibrant freshness. Ripe black fruit dominates the palate, complemented by beautiful minerality and subtle spicy notes from the ageing in French oak. The finish is long, refined and persistent, leaving a striking impression of the elegance and power of Pomerol wines.

An unmissable wine that combines refinement and power, demonstrating all the character of the Château Clinet terroir.
