Description

The wines are aged entirely on their lees and clarified by natural settling, without filtration or fining. This Cuvée shows the character of Pinot Meunier, one of the favourite grapes of the Marne Valley. It's blended from a base of Pinot Meunier (57%), 10% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Noir, enriched with reserve wines matured in a Solera started in 1998. Low dosage (4.5 to 5.5 g/litre), true to the house style, giving lovely expression and great generosity of aroma.
