Description
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is the prestige Champagne declared only in exceptional years, always a single-harvest blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The house pays tribute to the Benedictine monk of Hautvillers who gives the cuvée its name.
In the glass it shows a fine, persistent mousse with white flowers, citrus and stone fruit, wrapped in toasty, mineral nuances that deepen with time. The palate is taut, creamy and long.
Pair it with shellfish, fine fish or delicate poultry, or cellar it for a few years. Serve at 10–12 °C.
