Description
Dominus is the Napa Valley project of Bordeaux's Christian Moueix. It comes from the historic Napanook vineyard in Yountville and combines Bordeaux precision with California's generous fruit.
It is a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The 2021 shows black fruit, graphite and dried herbs, fine tannins and an elegant structure with great ageing potential.
Pair with red meat, roast lamb or mushrooms. Serve at 17–18 °C.
Store the bottle lying down, away from light and vibration, at a steady 12 to 14 °C. At Vinogrande every bottle is carefully packed so it reaches you in the best condition.
