Located in Dizy, in the Marne Valley, Jacquesson Champagne House, founded in 1798, was acquired by the Chiquet family in 1974. Jean-Hervé and Laurent Chiquet, two passionate brothers, produce through their plot approach and their unique winemaking philosophy and aging, exceptional cuvées that express the unique character and richness of these very large 28-hectare chalk terroirs.

With his numbered cuvées recognized for their finesse, airy purity and exceptional aging potential, Jacquesson is one of the elite of Champagne's greats.

Wine Jacquesson's Late Disgorging Vintage 2002 is made from grapes from the great terroirs of the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs.

The 2002 harvest was a particularly hot and dry year. If low water reserves impact yields, the berries develop their concentration throughout the vegetative cycle, which is rare in Champagne. The balance of this exceptional harvest is close to that achieved in 1976.
