Ladairo Godello 2022

One of the most elegant expressions of the indigenous grape par excellence of the Monterrei Denomination of Origin is this Ladairo Godello wine presented by Bodegas Ladairo. Godello white wine made from vines over 30 years old planted on trellises, tinted with a small percentage of another white grape variety indigenous to the region, Treixadura.

Harvested manually, the grapes are gently pressed for fermentation in stainless steel vats. Before being bottled, the Ladairo Godello 2019 white wine rests for a few months in the same vat.
