Ladairo Mencía wine is a young red produced by one of the wineries with the longest tradition in DO Monterrei, Bodegas Ladairo. La Mencía is completed with a small percentage of Araúxa, the name by which Tempranillo is known in this Galician appellation. The first comes from vines around 30 years old planted on hillsides. The second comes from small vineyards located in the lower parts of the valley.
Manual harvest and vinification in stainless steel vats. Gently pressed, carry out small macerations. After fermentation, the Ladairo Mencía 2019 red wine is lightly filtered and bottled.
Ladairo Colección de Familia Mencía is a tasty and fresh red wine from Monterrey to be consumed over the next 12 months.
