Description
Cristal was created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II and is today the prestige cuvée of Reims house Louis Roederer. It is made only in great years, from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the house's finest vineyards, and 2015 is one of them.
In the glass it shows white and orchard fruit, citrus, pastry and nutty notes, with a fine mousse and a broad, fresh, elegant palate.
Pair with shellfish, fine fish or roast poultry. Serve at 10–12 °C.
