Tasting Note: Light and bright pink color with salmon tones. On the nose it has an aroma of raspberry and cherry with a little lemon. Balanced freshness. In the mouth it is smooth with notes of strawberry, fresh fruits and an aromatic and prolonged finish.

Gastronomy: Perfect for Italian dishes. As it is a fresh wine, it pairs well with oriental cuisine dishes such as sushi. Recommended consumption temperature 10º to 12ºC.

Winemaking: Night mechanized harvest, total stemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Bleed the tank until the desired color is obtained. Cold static decantation for 48h. Fermentation
in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Alcoholic Degree: 13%
