Niepoort Redoma Reserva White 2022

Redoma Reserva Branco is made with grapes from old vines, planted 600 meters above sea level in mica schist soils. Since its creation (1995), the main objective in producing this wine has been to express the character of the old Douro vines. At the end of the aging process, the best barrels are chosen, taking into account their minerality, complexity and aging potential.

On the nose it is delicate but complex. Its freshness and character are revealed by notes of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and white plum, floral nuances perfectly integrated with the spicy notes from the aging in wood, making it more serious.

In the mouth it is structured with excellent acidity. The aftertaste is long, dry and spicy. It is a classic Douro white, extremely balanced and with excellent aging potential.
