Pardusco was the name given to red wines with little color, moderate alcohol content and that traveled well, that is, aged well. At the time, they were not yet called Vinho Verde and later, to distinguish themselves from these, they called them “mature wine from Monção”.

Tasting Notes: Open ruby color. Aromas of ripe red fruit with a mineral touch. In the mouth it presents excellent acidity that transmits freshness together with a good structure.
