Description
Bin 707 is Penfolds' top Cabernet Sauvignon, first released with the 1964 vintage, and one of Australia's most sought-after reds.
It is 100% South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in new American oak. The 2021 shows cassis, blackberry, cedar, mint and chocolate notes, with dense, firm tannins, great concentration and long ageing potential.
Pair with grilled red meat, lamb and game. Serve at 18 °C after decanting.
Store the bottle lying down, away from light and vibration, at a steady 12 to 14 °C. At Vinogrande every bottle is carefully packed so it reaches you in the best condition.
