Description
Pol Roger, founded in Épernay in 1849, only makes its Brut Vintage in years it judges worthy of declaration. The 2016 blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
In the glass it shows white and orchard fruit, citrus, pastry and nutty notes, with a fine mousse and a broad, fresh, elegant palate.
Pair with shellfish, fine fish or roast poultry. Serve at 10–12 °C.
