Quinta de Santa Teresa was born from the desire to produce an Avesso with prolonged extraction and without filtering, from a vat selected for this purpose. This winemaking method allows us to obtain a wine with a rustic element, but which preserves elegance, good volume in the mouth and high gastronomic potential.
This wine has a fresh aromatic profile, with notes of white flowers, thyme and a citrus side. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, showing notes of guava and pear, as well as a well-adjusted acidity.
