Quinta do Piloto COLLECTION is a limited edition, made from one of the most recognized white grape varieties in the world. This wine was created from grapes from a vineyard located at Herdade da Agualva – Monte dos Pardais, near Poceirão, belonging to the Cardoso family for many years. Sauvignon Blanc is recognized worldwide for its aromatic richness and vibrant acidity.

Aroma Good aromatic intensity, with notes of asparagus, grapefruit and a light passion fruit. Palate It is a young wine, with vibrant acidity and extremely versatile, given that it has great gastronomic aptitude, as well as being an excellent companion on its own.
