Raúl Peréz Castro Candaz La Vertical 2020

This single-varietal Godello is the only white from the Castro Candaz project, promoted by renowned producers Raúl Pérez and Rodrigo Méndez in Ribeira Sacra. A reference that was not produced from 2013 to 2018, so we are faced with an almost unknown creation that also has a very limited production.

Yellow color with golden reflections, very bright and clean. Memories of ripe fruit and floral aroma, citrus touches stand out and nuances of quince and mango are reflected, with mineral notes in the finish. Very balanced, fresh and with good structure.
