Description
Rocca delle Macìe Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2021 (often labelled under the "1787" line) is a Tuscan DOCG red made from a blend of Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) and Merlot. It's a structured wine, at around 14% alcohol, with a flavour profile combining classic elegance and rich depth.

"A juicy, flavourful red with notes of black cherries, sweet spices, chocolate and orange peel. It's medium to full-bodied, with fine, firm tannins. Textured and chewy, with a long, polished finish. Drink now or keep."
Rocca delle Macìe is a Tuscan producer with a wide range of reds based on the famous Sangiovese grape in Chianti Classico and the Tuscan Maremma. From the start, its development has been marked on the one hand by mutual respect for the terroir and on the other by a consistent commitment to improving quality through innovation.
Colour: intense ruby red, turning garnet over time. Nose: intense, sophisticated, with floral and fruity notes typical of the blend. Palate: flavourful and warm, with a persistent aroma
