Sátiro Clandestino Adágio 2021 is a fascinating expression of the Alentejo region, revealing an engaging mix of grape varieties typical of the region. This wine displays a deep ruby color in the glass, with violet reflections, denoting youth and freshness.
It has a ruby color with intense violet hints, an aroma of very ripe red fruits.
The exuberant fruit, the strength and youth revealed in the nose, remind us of artisanal wines. Alentejo clay carvings. Some notes of black fruit, smoke spices.
The palate is velvety, round and soft, rich and “greedy”, with “mineral” marks left by the clay of its origin. Intense, powerful, but balanced set. With a good structure of firm tannins and balanced acidity.
A remarkable wine, which stands out for its aromatic complexity, elegant structure and long finish. Recommended for demanding connoisseurs looking for distinctive, superior quality wines.
