Description
Sátiro (Clandestino) Tinto 2022 is an artisanal red from the Alentejo, made by Herdade das Assentes de Baixo. It's known for a production method that combines ancient clay-talha techniques with modern methods.
Sátiro Clandestino Tinto 2022 has a captivating ruby colour with intense violet glints, a sign of youth and liveliness. On the nose it's exuberant, with intense aromas of very ripe red fruit that immediately recall the tradition of artisanal Alentejo clay-talha wines. Black fruit and subtle hints of spice give it more depth and aromatic complexity. On the palate it's vigorous and fresh, with fruit leading, supported by firm but balanced tannins, in a harmonious whole with strong personality.
