Seara D'Ordens Reserve Red 2021

The nobility of the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, combined with the soil and microclimate, gave this wine its personality and unique character.

Winemaking: 100% destemming, Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

Aging: Part in stainless steel tanks, 10 months in French oak barrels and 8 months in bottle. Bottled in October 2022.

It is an intense, mature wine, specific to the Douro “Terroir”; it is expected to age positively in the bottle for many years after bottling.

Pairs very well with red meats, roasts, traditional sausages and buttery sheep's cheeses.
