Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Nature is an “outside the box” sparkling wine, inspired by the ancestral method of producing sparkling wines and with a special contribution of innovation. This wine is based on the Soalheiro Nature wine , our Alvarinho without the addition of sulphites. Yeast Pearls were added to the base wine and the wine was then bottled with a special cork, with the Pearls remaining in the bottle until the moment of consumption. The Pearls, with a neutral flavour, provide a very delicate gas and texture. They are clearly visible, especially when they accumulate in the last glass, and can even be tasted. Drinking our Sparkling Bruto Nature is a unique experience that should be enjoyed with enthusiasm and curiosity.


The fact that our Bruto Nature Sparkling Wine is so special makes it a wine suitable for many occasions. On the one hand, it can be enjoyed on its own at the end of the day, providing a pleasantly relaxing sensation due to its intense flavour.
