"Undiscovered" plots with enormous potential. Meticulous work to achieve a red with concentration of color, flavor and tannic structure. Most of the Syrah, Garnacha and Cinsault vines come from the Swartland area, a warm, arid land with vines that sink their roots deep underground. Cabernet sauvignon comes from vineyards in the areas of Franschhoek and historic Stellenbosch. A wine with a lot of personality.
