Les Grands Chaillots is a blend of grapes from Nuits-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny. A one-hectare plot in Nuits-Saint-Georges was planted between 1978 and 1986, while the two-hectare plots in Chambolle-Musigny were planted between 1954 and 1962. Natural fermentation with 20% whole bunches and maturing for 15 months in 25% new barrels. A vibrant and textural Pinot.

Earthy and fruity aromas with a wild touch, with blackcurrants, plums, wet earth and a light and pleasant touch of wood. On the palate it is spicy, elegant with soft tannins and a slightly rustic textural finish. A beautiful expression of Pinot Noir and Vin d'Emotion from Burghound.
