After rigorous manual selection of grapes on the selection and de-stemming mat, pre-fermentative skin maceration was carried out, followed by a light pressing of the grapes. Careful fermentation of the must in an "open spout" at controlled temperatures for almost 1 month in stainless steel vats.
Citrine color. Lush, vibrant and unctuous. Good body and long at the end of the mouth.
