Description:
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually into small baskets; They originate from a single harvest and wine production follows the traditional way of producing Port wine. After partial stripping of the grapes, the grapes are trodden by foot in old stone presses. Fermentation occurs with temperature control, being interrupted by the addition of brandy (fire water). This wine, as it is produced, has great aging potential. Single harvest wine, matured in oak barrels for a minimum period of 7 years. Find the year of bottling on the back label.
Tasting notes: Tawny with hints of orange color. Well balanced, good acidity and freshness, with aromas of raisins, dried fruits and vanilla. Smooth and silky, with a strong texture and long finish.
