Gramona Vi de Glass Gewürztraminer 2022

A sweet, cold wine made by freezing Gewürztraminer grapes with liquid nitrogen. The result is a very concentrated fruity wine, sweet and refreshing at once, with huge potential alongside sweet and savoury dishes. It's made using environmentally sustainable practices in the vineyard and winery, such as lighter packaging, reducing the carbon footprint during transport, and the use of renewable energy such as solar power.

Pale yellow with very bright greenish glints. Expressive nose, with aromas of exotic fruit such as lychee and mango and a delicate floral touch. Palate: a friendly, persistent entry, standing out for its refreshing finish that balances its sweetness.

Serving temperature: between 5 and 7ºC.

Pairing: Surprising as an aperitif, it goes especially well with fruit-based dishes. Its refreshing acidity and natural sweetness, in harmonious contrast, also open up other possibilities. Amazing with foie gras and soft cheeses.
